AWS Summit Dubai: meeting the people behind our AWS support

Meeting Cloud Softway and AWS in person.

The Avano team with the Cloud Softway team and an AWS contact at AWS Summit Dubai

On 30 September 2026, the Avano team attended AWS Summit Dubai and met, in person, the people behind a big part of how Avano moved faster: Rahaf Habes, Haytham Muhtaseb and Karam Kassem of Cloud Softway, an AWS partner that connected Avano to AWS and helped facilitate AWS credits and support, and Mohammed Alawadhi of Amazon Web Services (AWS), whose contribution to our plans has been significant.

Mohamed Al Owais also met Jake Tomkins of Wave Group at the summit.

We are grateful to them for backing builders early.
